Shipping FAQs

At Honest Aussie we strive to be as transparent as possible - we will not promise anything we can not fulfil! We ship with Australia's largest postal network, Australia Post. There are cheaper services available however we want our customers to receive only the best BS free service.


How long will my order take to receive?

We will dispatch your order next business day, excluding public holidays. We ship out of Toowoomba QLD so depending on where you are located is depending on the timeframe your order will take. 99% of orders will be shipped with Australia Post, larger orders of $20.00 or more should be received within the following times after day of dispatch,
Sending to same state:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days
Country - 5 - 7 business days.


Orders of $20.00 or less may take a further business day on these times. 
Please also note, Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days, so please take this in consideration when you are ordering.


Will my order have tracking?

Orders over $10.00 will, in majority of cases, come with tracking, this will be uploaded and you will be able to live track through the Australia Post website.

Orders under $10.00 will not have tracking, when you shop with us, we are asking you to trust us with your order, in return we will trust you - fear not, if you do not receive your order due to being lost in post or incorrectly delivered, we will do the right thing! These items will be delivered to your letter box / PO box as a regular letter. If you have not received your order just email us at within 30 days with your order number.

What if I don't receive my order? 

From time to time for reasons beyond our control (such as natural disaster, delays in the Australia Post network, public holidays to name a few) your item may be running late. We would ask that you please wait 10 business days (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays excluded) for your item to arrive, if it has still not arrive after this time, please get in touch with us at with your order number handy. From here we can launch an investigation with Australia Post to find out where your package is!
